Nicking Reports

Can someone educate me please. I am getting enquiries from race people about breeding to Indy and being told they are getting "A+ Nick" for their mare and Indy and I'd like to understand better what they are talking about! I didn't think I'd get very many race people interested in breeding to Indy because he only had 8 starts but people are telling me that his breeding is great and he is close and the price is certainly right.

I can't explain it because it totally confuses me. But if you go to pedigree query site and ask the same question on their message board you will get lots of good info. There are several experts that post on there. Try posting it right on the general board because it gets more traffic.
