Darn I missed it. Looks like he paid a good price too and I would have put a few dollars on him if I had been thinking. Sounds as though he ran a pretty erratic race, coming 6 wide into the stretch and then giving a big burst of speed right at the end. Poor Deshawn must have had his hands full He obviously had plenty left in the gas tank at the end!

lol...not really! The horses ran 8 horses wide. Good Day was in the middle of them. At the start he was in the third group of horses from the lead. At the stretch he was fighting off four other horses. He had to go wide with them, no other choice. He runs the same way when he runs distance. Likes to sit that far back and makes his run by the end of the stretch. He's an old class horse. He knows how to do it! ;D Every race he's done well in has been the same. Always by a head or neck. Darned horse wants to give us all heart failure!
