Knight's Gumbo just won! I got to stay home for a change (didn't get in until 1am last night from Jade's race). I gallop this guy and man is he a handful! He ran 3 seconds in a row and finally won. We don't own this one, he actually belongs to the girl across the street. She works for us 3 days a week. I'm just glad he got the job done. Where I work him, there is a dip that goes down and then up and spans about 12 feet. This horse jumps it every stinkin time I work him. He literally makes me sick to my stomach when I have to work him. I'm glad it finally paid off!

   Congrats on the win    Have you ever tried using the screen blinkers on those shadow jumping turkeys? Just a thought ,they have worked for me, have a bunch of horses by the same sire and they all think they are jumpers, not much fun is it?

Is he related to Toby, or is the name just a coincidence? Hmmm- when he's done racing maybe THERE's yer cross-country horse! ;D

flypony - nope...never tried it. But I would rather he see the ground. Being that it's not just a shadow but an actualy dip in the ground. I had thought about putting a shadowroll on him before but nixed that idea. I want him to see where his feet need to go!
Shannon, he's no relation to Toby....funny thought isn't it!?
This horse is pretty tough to ride, I'd probably get run off with on cross country! ;D
