Just got this in an email from the Horseman's Council of Illinois. :sun: But since it pertains to ALL of us, I thought I'd share.
Count Your Horses
Last month, the Horsemen's Council of IL gave you a phone number to call
if you had not received a United States Department of Agriculture Census
form. Here's a more appropriate number to call if you have not received
a survey: (512) 916-5581.
Please make every effort to obtain and complete a survey. Having a
better handle on the number of horses in the United States will help the
American Horse Council expand horse-related legislation and obtain
funding for horse programs.
Return the survey to USDA by March 31.
