Gosh, Dineen, were the schools closed or did they have Presidents Day off (my kids had to go!). That is truly awful and makes me cold just looking at. Excuse me now while I turn around at my desk, look out the window, and see sunshine. Oh my, is that GREEN grass peeking out over there?? :smirk:

Wow!! And that's all coming toward us now! A sure sign that it's going to be bad is the the University is closed as of today at 4pm and tomorrow ALL DAY. They NEVER do that. In the 12 years that I've been there, they maybe cancelled classes for a 1/2 day, never minds that the roads were awful and that people were breaking limbs just WALKING on campus LOL. Wooof am I relieved I don't have to go to work tomorrow!!!

Checking the forecast, we're only supposed to get 6 or so inches out of this.. Maybe I'm too far north, for once in my life it might be a good thing!! Lehigh had a snow day today, which doesn't happen, so I know what you mean Niaru. Everyone got to spend teh day drinking uhh.. I mean.. studying.. Lehigh is a party school mind you... :sun:
Anyways, I just hope we dont' get too much snow. My mother and I are going to repaint and rearrange my room, were saving it for a 'rainy day project'.. I think tomorrow will work. :bang:

Better you than me. No really, be safe and careful while you dig yourself out of that mess.
It sure is pretty though and you could try what I do in that kinda weather. I just keep reminding myself 'There aren't any mosquitoes.' :hahaha:

This is a pretty tame picture, taken after we finished cleaning up the driveway for the second time! The main thing we DIDN'T have this time, that we USUALLY have, was major drifting. This time, the snow just kept falling, straight down, but not blowing around much so that was a major plus...since our driveway is situated cross-wind, and usually collects huge drifts! Good thing I didn't need to get my trailer out, huh?
