It is so darn cold out. I went to ride and just groom. Now tomorrow they are calling for 6-10 inches possibly more of snow. AHHHHHHHHHHHH. I usually can handle the winter, but this one really STINKS!!

I was thinking of one of those warmers Neener makes for the horsies One for me and one for the horsie. I refused to take off my carharts to ride yesterday and my trainer laughed.... my husband says I look like a Mongolian rider in my coat and carharts! Then we were all laughing about making a Carhart pinup calendar......... :hahaha:

yup.. I haven't ridden in a week.. and when I do I dont know how I get anything done cuz I have my carharts on, a big jacket, a scarf, big gloves, a big floppy hat... and my winter boots.. it doesn't work real well, but its either that or NO RIDING.

Usually I take off my carharts only for lesson.... at 4 degrees I was NOT taking anything off!! This week I will make a warm fuzzy for Red... I have been only covering his loin area with a blanket.... but dang it is cold outside.... and he is blanketed and I feel so guilty taking off the warm blanket to ride. And he is such a good boy... I want him to enjoy winter riding..
