Poor little vegetarian. Yes, peas. And I like a fleck of carrot stirred in, too.
While we're on the topic of food, I'll mention that we did go to Columbus today for that awards luncheon I was boasting about recently, and the food was dreadful. SMay? ever been to the Confluence Park Restaurant? First they should change the name..."Confluence" sounds like an intestinal problem, and second, they should serve the meat and potatoes warm. Bruce got pasta with bottled sauce and a slice of carrot. Now what kind of proud parent gripes about the food and doesn't mention the kid's accomplishment? I never do get very far in the Parent of the Year standings

Mmmm, THAT dinner sounded YUMMY! (NOT) Reminds me of last year when we attended Ryan's Educational Excellence Award dinner (brag, brag!!) They actually RAN OUT of food before we even got up to the buffet line. My big-eatin' DH was NOT happy! I thought he was going to take it on the poor little water boy! Did you get any pics of the proud mama and daughter, hmmm, didja, didja??

Just call me Gracie. I dropped our good 35mm on the floor and it has been kind of sickly ever since. Then I bought a disposable camera, but I gave it to the barn manager to take pictures of our new tractor and manure spreader. And so I didn't have a camera with me to d a y. This is not helping my Parenting Score, is it? But of course, other more responsible adults were present, and I have offered 37 cents per copy for extra photos. I may never be invited back. They made a mistake on my place card and it said Alice Cooper instead of Ann Cooper, so I told everyone I was actually a famous rock star. And made other comments, not suited to the seriousness of the situation. But I think I'll fit in at any ExRacer parties, don't you

:hahaha: :hahaha: :hahaha: The flying Elvi picture made me choke, the response from Bara about eating them made me start to pee! and it just went on from there!! You guys are too friggin funny! Michelle, (?) The pickle reference was freud-like. You know...sometimes its not just a pickle? And I sear by my theory that those not-pickles are the source of EVERY fight!

Zen? Where did you find a pic of the Elvises / Elvi (how do you tell them apart again?) I thought they had gone into hibernation along with Lynn's shoes after being last seen at the exracers Christmas party? Bara go wash your mouth out with soap and water, there will be no speaking ill of the King when there's Vegas folk here! Adcooper, I know you were trying for a younger look after the incident at the store with the senior discount, but c'mon, all that eyeliner and long ratty hair cannot be a good look on you ;D

I'm a groupie don't you know. :hahaha: No, really I took the picture at some fund raiser thing at Lambs Farm (they help 'special' people) that a local radio station was hosting. A friend talked me into going, and it was fun. A couple of the Elvi landed in the parking lot across the street though. Don't know how to tell them apart, other than some colour differences in their costumes I think. Didn't take my good camera, so didn't get any real outstanding shots. Finally stumbled on them and had to edit this one as it is.
