May not seem like a big deal but the one I have now is five years old and was rebuilt when I got it. Add my 9000 guaranteed bps from the phone company and it makes usning the computer virtually impossible! (pun?) Also, my e mail hasn't been working. I can see the subject lines of e mails coming in but can't access them. Keely, I got one from you but can't read it? Hopefully the new computer will get me more up to speed. Lynne

I'm glad you're getting a new computer. That is a good thing. I'd hate for you to not be able to see all the stupid pics I keep posting! hahaha OK, get this. we've been freezing and cold and snowing all weekend, so I didn't get to even try on the bitless bridle on Teddy but I am SOOOO excited that I had a dream I was riding him with it...my standard dream - where I'm riding Teddy along the roads and fields and ALL OVER THE DAM place that I can't ride him now cause I'm a chicken gizzard, but anyway, the Bitless played a prominent part in this dream cause Teddy was being REAL responsive in it and even once - in the dream - it fell off and was only partly on his muzzle but he still behaved like a gentleman. This was all in my dream, did I mention that? Anyhow, I remember every detail of these vivid "riding Teddy" dreams, even the landscape, the weather, and the people who are jealously watching me ride by. They are the coolest dreams ever, and sometimes I think about them for days, eventually coming to believe that they actually happened. Weird. Huh?

a few days ago but hubby the computer wizard rebuilt it and it is now faster than before...phew.
Lynne, (and all) I'm doing better, thank you for asking. It's still hard to go to the barn and talk to people who knew Rita, I still fall apart at times, but it's part of the healing process, I know. And it's good that I can still be around horses, thanks to Kmmom's and the other people at the barn.

...and then report back on your dream interpretation! No. Never mind. I'll interpret for you. It MEANS....that you want to ride Teddy. And you want to leave the confines of your spray painted dressage ring. You and Teddy are actually supposed to be endurance riders! Galloping across the purple sage of Utah. (I know this because I just read Riders of the Purple Sage, by Zane Grey, who, as you know, was originally from Ohio.) You will have to get some balck jeans and a blouse with sequins. Teddy will respond well to this. Go for it!
