Well, I actually rode my 'lil buddy Radlet with a saddle today. I po neeeed Music. We did the Ay-rab horse thing on the way out and the drunken camel thing on the way back. Then Brooks made me plant a bunch of bulbs around the roses and fix the fencing around the goat pen. Saw the pictures of Rita. What a lovely mare she was. I am so sorry.

As I smash the ice in the buckets with my sharp pic and try not to get wet and frostbit while rinsing them, I'll chant to the mantra of "Brian, Brian, Brian......"!

I am imagining you, Brian, being parked shorts side down, on top of 'Mount Everest', the new name given my snow heap by one of the neighbours. This delightful heap of snow ranges from 6' to 12' high, is 60' long, and growing daily. This image of you shivering on top of Mount Everest warms my heart (and feet) on this thermally impoverished morning; temp this morning, a balmy -20°F, wind chill, -45, and dropping. If I can get the tractor started (plugging in a vehicle in these temps is irrelevant), the mountain will grow another few feet taller - this will make 5 removals of the same drift in 3 days. :bang: Now I must go beat up water pails with a bigger hammer; at least the race horses have enough brains to drink water when offered, the PoNee is deathly afraid of white buckets for some reason.

I hate All californians, but mostly just Brian cuz he rubs it in more than most Californians do. Big Tee, I liked your image of Brian on Mt. Everest.

..someone on another board said they actually met Brian in real life and he was quiet and intelligent and nice and stuff.... I don't believe that for one minute. Most of those Californians are taking a few too many mind-altering substances. That may be what happened at that particular horse expo.
