At how many posts do we get to change our line from Maiden to... and what are the level? Plus what are the chances of having custom lines like H/J Princess or An Lar's Mom instead?

Maiden -- less than 50 posts
Claimer -- 50 - 99
Allowance -- 100 - 249
Stakes -- 250 - 499
Exracer -- 500+
