When you come to the main page on the "General" screen, at the bottom there is a link to click on "10 most recent posts". If you click there, it will show you the 10 most recent posts on one page. Also, as long as you are logged in whenever you visit, an icon that says "New" will appear next to the titles of any posts that have new posts since your last visit. This way, you can tell without opening any posts which ones have new posts since the last time you read them. If you've never read them, they will always have the "new" next to the title of the post until you do read them.
Some ways of making this board a lot simplier than it seems.
