Im sick and tired of this weather, im tired of 'relative issues'.. I hate that hubby hates his job.. I hate the stupid school system (have a meeting with them tomorrow about my middle son nicholas and his testing for LD) I hate not being able to ride because its either raining, snowing, so windy it blows you over or friggen frozen solid. I hate that this state has limited me in what I can do because of the cost of living and expense of everything. I hate that hubby cant find a job out of state in this horrible economy. hmm i think that about covers it.. although i sit here stewing im sure ill think of a few more things.

Dineen, I know how you feel, next to NJ, Colorado isn't that expensive, but for us it is. Steve hates where he works but makes good money (not enough it seems though) and I want to move too. Just not in this economy it seems. It stinks.
On another note, could you cash that check? ;D

If I just changed a few of the pronouns I could have written a lot of that myself. I felt "vented" just reading it! I really do hate this time of year. It seems like it takes every occurrence that is "wrong" and slams them together like smelly rotten sardines in a can! Its so much easier to survive stress and frustration when the weather is better.
Where exactly are you again? NJ? how far from Philly?

[glow=red,2,300]We Need an Exracer Pity Party[/glow] We should all meet in some exotic locale and maybe even not ride horses but just wallow in luxury somewhere and have Joe Millionaire feed us grapes and then go sit in the hot tub and eat bon bons... No kidding, I just think we are having a bad week. And this weather sucks bigtime. And bad stuff keeps happening. And I have major PMS. And did I mention it's snowing.
Now here's what you do. Everyone who's got a warm, snuggly horse in their barn waiting for supper, raise your hand. And count your blessings.

I was just wondering if the bank teller looked at you funny! Sorry again, sometimes I'm such an airhead Hope it works and the weather breaks there. We just got 5 inches last night. I [glow=purple,2,300]HATE[/glow] driving at night when it's snowing. We live in the middle of no where, and I can never find the dirt roads I have to turn onto. See, that's the air head in me coming out again!

Ok ~ count me in as a guest for the pity party ~ We are supposed to get hit big time with this blasted white stuff again. I am anticipating being bucked off each and everyone of my wonderful horses when it finally warms up enough again to ride. Too top it all off, being alone this close to Valentine's Day really sucks! I am starting to get a cold, my son's sick and daughter is trying to avoid it all. Try getting money out of your separated-soon-to-be-ex so they don't cut off the electricity AAGGHH!,....And that stupid Groundhog ~ shadow schmadow! Bring on Spring!!!!! But I do have five happy, healthy, eat-better-than-I-do, fluffballs in the barn, a great dog, super family and the cutest Russian blue Hamster to be grateful for!
Signed Renee, (who is feeling awfully insensitive for complaining this much when so many have it worse than I)

Well folks I think that you are all going to have to move down under here to New Zealand. We don't get any snow where I live, maybe a dozen frosts a year in winter. At the moment, looking out my window, the sun is high, it is around 25 degrees (don't know what that works out to in the way that you folk work out your weather). Just one bad point tho..... when you are all lovely and warm in your summer you can all poke your tongues out at me and laugh... *grin*.. Have a good one, Bindi

Neeners! You're not far at al from Philly. I go up twice a year or so and although it isn't NOW I'd loff to get together sometime! Sundaes sound yummy...or seomthing? I have lots and lots of relatives in teh Amboys too. Anywhere near there?
SMAY! What a great idea! I say we all fly to jamaica or something. Heck, I'd settle for Arizona, Florida? I don't care. Lets just get together, make scantily clad men wait on us, indulge in good food and everage and enjoy.
Now, who will feed the horses??
Bindi, I'd love to come to New Zealand. How much does it cost to transport/quarantine nine equinnials, eight dogs, six cats, four cockatiels and a chicken? ;D

Yea ;D I knowI'll be up at least once during the summer. Last summer I was there three time and then again near labor day.... I actually went to NJ last time to look at our STB before we got him. Put it on your free-flowing calendar and we'll see where it lands!
