I have a 2 year old sorrel filly about 13 hands and i need to know how to price her cause I'm thinking of selling her. I'm not sure exactly what her breeding is but shes got some arab in her. Shes very friendly and gets along with other horses. I dont think she'll be hard to train. What should the price range be?

It depends on your location. Since she's untrained, 2yo and grade unfortunately I don't think it's that much In my neck of the woods (Central IL) I see horses like her go for less than $1000. I don't know if that helps or not. Do you have pictures?

Well, it depends on training and pedigree.
Even though she is young any training she has like leading, clipping, standing for the farrier, standing in the cross-ties, lunging (even for a short time), etc will up the price.
Since you don't know the breeding you cannot use that to your advantage.
It also depends on how much horses that age and training level are selling for in your area.

Even for the training. If she is really friendly. Gets along well with humans and horses, even dogs...That always helps.
