Need training methods

I have two fillies that will turn 2 at the end of April and I'm supposed to train them myself. My problem is I have only been around horses tha were already trained and I dont know much of anything about training. My other problem is I have very limited facilities(no round pen). I want to train one of them to jump but I think that comes later, right? See I dont know to much about training. If any of you have and ideas of how I could begin I'd love to consider them.

I also need help in finding a way to stop one of them from kicking. She only kicks now and then but I'd like to stop it.
