...one that would fit a small horse!! All the surcingles I've tried were WAY too big for Charm and I can't find a COB size one. Doesn't have to be fancy or new. Nylon is fine.
I can trade a pair of brand-new, horse size, elastic side-reins for it.

I also remember seeing them on sale at Dover or SLT recently...

Yep, I just saw last night that Dover has some sale pages in the back of the their catalog. I think they call them coupons. But I thought of you, because they have a surcingle on sale.
Here is the only what I could find on their website, although I'm not sure it's the same one. I'll check the catalog tonight and post the item number if ou want to call about it.
Description: A Dover exclusive. Professional quality training surcingle made of top quality webbing with leather pads to ensure comfort. Dee rings at all appropriate points to attach side reins and training aids, including D-ring at girth. Adjustable on both sides to equalize pressure and ensure perfect fit. Pony Size or Cob Size.
List Price: $54.95
Dover's Price: $39.90
Good luck, Tango is a cob in just about everything, too. Gotta love those petite ones, huh?

Thanks Amy! I just got that catalog today. But in the coupons it says $29. Even better! I also found one online, fleece-backed, they say it adjusts from 70 to 80 and is only $17!! Ok, until I go back to the barn to measure Charm, what is 70? a cob size?

No idea about sizes, sorry! Glad you got the catalog, though.
