cob size breast plate= brown leather, with white padding, goes in front of chest and has thin strap for over withers, does not go between front legs, it is in great shape. $10-
LARGE sports med boots, red, (fit size 16 hand plus horse) used like 4 times, make me an offer...
pony halter, new, grey with red trim, $5-
half chaps, generic ones, suede, padded inner leg, brown, $5- I would say they are a medium, but no size on them
If anyone has a bit collection.... like the ones you dont use but hang somewhere, I have an assortment and would send them out for $1- each plus shipping.. they arent useable, have rust or what not, antique a few are western and severe looking..
books...... Care and training of the trotter and pacer... THe USTA, james harrison, it has a green cover is about 2 inches thick, 1968 press...............................$15- great shape ( great for someone into raceing or standard breds)
The Howeell book of Saddlery and Tack excellent condition cool book has tack from all over, nice pics 1988 press................... ................$15- Mosemans illustrated guide for purchasers of horse furnishing goods....this copy is from 1985 but the original is from 1890 charles mosman started a saddlery in NY with his brother.. inch or more thick, prefect condition.......$20- ( it shows things they would have sold, tons of drawings, of antique horse items cool book!)

can I see a pic of the half-chaps? how big is your calf? I don't know how you measure them.

hello, they are 14 inches from zipper to zipper. they are the same size all the way down. they are brown soft suede, there is a little wear on the inside calf area , they were not used that often, they were a little baggy for me and I bought some others at a pony club sale that were a better fit.
I would trade anything here too..

Just on a side note RC- I bought half-chaps for the first time this year and I love them! SO much better than chaps, really is as good as riding in boots.
