Ratty old western saddle

I have this ratty old western saddle I want to get rid of. I bought it at an auction, and I don't want to misrepresent it. It's a cordura? with a leather seat, and it is in pretty ragged condition, yet still usable. It was black, but is very faded, and the leather covering over the horn is coming apart. It would be a great saddle for someone who is usually an english rider, but wants to try out a western saddle once in a while. I think it is a 16 inch seat. I'll take any reasonable offer, plus shipping!

It could also be a good training tool... throw it in a pen and let the horses sniff it and chew it to get used to the saddle.
