My friend's greyhound was diagnosed with cancer He had a swollen gland and at first they thought it might be lyme disease, but it tested positive for cancer. So yesterday he started chemo. He seems to be doing pretty well with it. My friend says he has a good appetite So hopefully all will go well

Awww poor dog! From what I have seen though, dogs handle chemo exceptionally well, worlds better then humans. I hope their dog does as well and beats it, I'll send so jingles for him!

Thanks, Guys. He had his first treatment last Tuesday and from what my friend says did VERY well. He even had an appetite when they got home. Ate his dinner. Pokey is such a sweetie and soooo thin Poor guy. Michelle, the vet told her the same thing, dogs handle it much better than humans. Good thing. I'd hate to see him hairless

Jingles and squeekies from Utah for healing. Since greyhounds love their squeekies so much seemed appropriate ;D
