Lynne, I loff that picture of you on Shortfat! So beautiful...no wonder you miss it! But isn't Kentucky beautiful too? Or do you just not have enough access to riding trails as you did in TN? My big trouble is that I hate hauling a horse more than like a HOUR away... I am a big wuss about it. Winny hauls pretty good, and has gone all over in his short racing life before I bought him...but I just find hauling so stressful. By the time I got to a place as far as Tennessee, I'd be completely exhausted and not ready to ride my horse! I better get used to it though, because the Pony Club has informed me that the minimum haul for this year's rallies and camp and stuff is 3 hours...into Pennsylvania. That is STUPID! Aren't there enough PONIES in Ohio to hold a coupld stinkin' rallies? Sheesh.

Don't worry SMay, the more you haul the easier it gets. AFter all I hauled Flynn to North Dakota and back the first time I ever really towed a trailer anywhere. That was in my little bitty trailer towed by my little bitty S10 that I had. Just remember slow starts, and slow stops as much as possible and real slow around corners and ponees will be happy. ;D
