Well now I've done it !!!!!! I have been gaining weight.......lots of weight So I have joined Weight Watchers 360. It's a online program, no meeting, just me and my computer. I have points to keep track of daily. Seems very easy so far. My sister has used the program before. I hope it works.

I have been thinking about that diet where you fast two days a week. I haven't actually done it, but I've thought about it so much that I think I'm eating less! Good luck with WW. I know it can help you lose weight, and then you just gotta figure out how to keep it off!

I know quite a few people who are delighted with the results they got from WW. Good luck Brooks.

Oh don't be silly! Speak to your doctor not Weight Watchers. One doctor told me to find a program or diet on my own, the other one told just to leave food on my plate every meal. She also said it didn't matter what I ate ? Really ? She actually said " have a box of cookies, just don't eat all of them" I have known several people who have used WW and had a great weight loss. I have joined for 3 months, saved some money that way and will see how it works. Doing it alone has not worked. Bara.....you don't like WW ? Why?

Well, I tried on a couple of sweaters at Macy's today. What a nightmare! That rear view mirror is cruel. I look like a cello. That was left in a puddle.

I have gained 25 lbs this year. Between the ra swelling, and not feeling up to working out. I put on a pair of jeans last weekend, and had to leave the top button undone! After my knee replacement I hope I can get back into the gym!!!

You have to find what works for you Brooks. BTW, I did find an intense week of hiking in the mountains will take some weight off.

No, no - nothing against Weight Watchers! I just hate dieting. I have no 'won't power'!
I did that cabbage soup one, once. It worked, but it was so tedious I decided just to get fat and wear caftans.
Ann, you're toying with us, you could never put weight on. I'm a little shocked, though, that you left a cello in a puddle.

You know how people back out of the room, rather than turn away from the queen? Now I know why. They have blubber beneath their shoulder blades, and then lots of blubber on their bums. They look like bloated cellos. The queen doesn't want to see that. No one does. Now I walk backwards everywhere I go to spare innocent bystanders. It's the democratic version.

Sorry, Ann. You're telling fibs.
So? Brooksie? Have you started with WW, yet? Report, please!

Yes I have started with them and love the program. Their look up is so easy and they can even take one of your recipes and tell you how many points it's worth. It's a point system, not calorie which is easier. And I am back to eating better food I have a daily log to keep on their website. It's full of really helpful stuff.
