There are a couple places, but I think I'll just wait. I have some friends that will let me jump on their horses with a english saddle. Not that I will ever use it anyway!!

Sorry it didn't work out for you Lisa.
Just a head's, while jeans are mostly fine, check with whomever owns the saddle before you ride in jeans. The seams that run along jeans can cause fairly significant rubbing of the saddle if it's calfskin or a soft leather. Some people freak out about it, some don't care.

Oh, how disappointing! Not the bit about the sky-diving - that sounds GREAT! I have to confess, you're braver than I am!!
I once signed up for a parachute jump. I couldn't go through with it! In the end, the mockery of my friends when I pulled out was MUCH LESS stressful.

The others are right about finding a more reputable English riding place. I envy Zen being ambi-saddlerous!
I know the sort of place you're talking about, Lisa - we went to a similar place (somewhere in Florida, Zen). Those poor horses!
That same trip, though, we went on a Western Trail ride at dusk (at a different place) and it was magical. A beautiful stables, wonderful horses and a special ride.

So while I am not taking english lessons for my b-day, and I will not be going sky diving, I will do something dare devilish. What's that you may ask? Yours truly will be riding a mechanical bull for my 40th!!! Believe it or not, it is a bucket list item!! So on aug 24th after many, many adult beverages I will conquer the bull!!! I'm sure there will be many pictures, and probably you tube video!!!
