Other than the saddle being up on his neck and living in redneckville he looks like he's being cared for. He's in good weight and looks healthy. The handler doesn't seem to be the best horseman but the horse didn't look to bothered by the monkey on his back.
Sure the horse would probably be more happy with someone more knowledgable but I've seen MUCH worse.

He is cute as all get out isn't he? Quiet and interested in his person. Looks like a steal to me.

Is that Kid Rock? Looks like a nice horse, considering. Why the chain on the nose? He's better behaved than my horse.

I was thinking Kid Rock or one of the Allman Brothers!

I think this horse is a saint, tolerable and just needs a leader. I am sure the man loves him and tries real hard but gee I would love to have him!
I thought Skynerd! The side arm threw me off, I know people carry them but I truly have not seen that. I went with a friend once out to western PA to look at a horse and he was from Ohio and called us Pennsylvanians egg suckers? And he reminded me a lot of this guy. The horse they were selling no longer showed so he got zero grain, zero fly spray and zero attention while his kids new show horse was living in the lap of luxury! Guess I had a flashback!
