Devil By Sandy is a 16.2 1/2" dark by or brown gelding by Say Florida Sandy (Personal Flag). He is a tall, handsome, well built fellow who does not crib, weave, or stall walk. Sandy has a nice wide chest with a big engine and will take up a lot of leg.
Sandy can be a little pushy when being tacked, and sometimes he can make himself very tall to avoid bridling (the groom is about 5'5"), so he is priced accordingly. Sandy knows he is a big, tall horse so the trainer does not recommend any small children or inexperienced people handle him. Trainer says he is excellent to ride with good manners.
Sport horse notables in his pedigree include Personal Flag, Private Account, Hoist the Flag, Prince John, Palace Music (The Minstrel), and Northern Dancer of course!
