If Tab decides against her, I'm interested in having more information. Thanks.

Well, lovethekeyz, Katelyn needs to try some of my soap so maybe I can send a few bars up with you when you go pick up Tab's new horse.

Sadly, she isn't the right horse for Tab. I hope she gets a wonderful home.

Oooh nice horse. She sounds and looks just like the Lucy we have at Charm's barn (irish draught). Great beginner horse, will jump anything smoothly and taking great care of her riders.
I'm sure she'll find a good home in no time!

So excited coyote! And I know she'll have a good home. I wish I had had time to go see her in person, but hope she likes her new job and would love to see pics!

Well, one of these days when you are enroute to the inlaws, you'll just have to stop by.
She will love it here. They took good care of her, but there are a couple of things that she didn't have there that she'll have here and that will make her very happy, I'm sure. Katelyn and everyone on the other end have been beyond great to deal with and talk to. I hope I didn't drive them crazy trying to make sure it was a good fit for both Fancy and us. lol. When I realized that the soundness exam probably wouldn't make a difference, I knew we were hooked lol and then the lameness exam went very well - and even got x-rays when the vet didn't thing they were really necessary. I had told the vet that she didn't need to see her canter, and then Fancy cantered both ways on the longe line, taking both leads - when she was asked to trot, but still - lol.
Thanks for your help!

So excited! It sounds like a match made in heaven!
Fanci will think SHE died and went to heaven!!
Kay was great and checked all the details! Kay - You didn't drive me nuts - I'm glad you took the time to make sure it was a good match!

I thought I'd write a conclusion to this thread now that Fanci is here. She is all settled in. I let her out in the front pasture today, and I have a question - can you steal your kids' horse? lol If she can move half as well under saddle as at liberty, she has a lot of potential. Who'd have thought she'd have so much suspension? She's been quite a pleasant surprise and gets better every day. She's just a very sweet, nice, talented mare.
