Filly, I had no idea you were a swimmer. Those people are crazy, you know! Two of my girls were on swim teams when they were young. Actually, all the kids were great, but the parents were psychos with stopwatches.
Claire, you don't have to wear pantyhose. Just wear two swimsuits when you swim so there will be a lot of drag and you can take an already hard exercise and make it excruciating. Then when you decide that's crazy, you take off the second suit and it seems really easy by comparison!
