I'm throwing this out there to see if there would even be any interest.
I have a 5 year old homebred and raised TB mare. She's 15.3 hands on her tippy toes but is also just about as wide as she is tall. So she will hold a much longer leg than one would expect. This mare has had some really, really good basics instilled on her. I broke her to saddle as a 3 year old myself and then sent her to a friend to ride for me (for 60 days) while I had some surgeries done. She sat in my pasture for the next year or so because I was preggers and could not ride. I decided to send her to a professional in VA (Einstein on this bb) for some fine tuning and to start her over fences. She stayed there for three months where she learned how to jump, go cross country and her flatwork was super nice. This mare is very much a mare and needs someone to ride her who can get along with a Diva. lol
She has attitude under saddle that can intimidate some people. When she's good, she' is so much fun. When she decides to be bad (tends to coincide with heat cycles too) she can be difficult (PM or email for more details). I bred and raised this mare to be my eventer. While she has the talent to do it, she seems to enjoy working in the ring better (her mother was a hunter).
So.....I'm looking for someone who could give her a no nonsense professional ride but that might not have the budget to outright buy. I'd like to keep ownership so I'm offering her as a free lease. Leaser would just be required to insure her in my name. She'd be current on vacs, deworming, shoes, teeth and she's got a partial clip.
This mare is very sweet on the ground. She LOVES attention, she has great ground manners and she lives outside 24/7.....and is an air fern.
Thanks for any considerations. Located in Lisbon, OH 44432
