***UPdate: I heard that the mares owner has some really good prospects.....thanks everyone for responding!****
I have a friend who is trying to find a good home for a little Oldenburg mare. I say "little" because she is in the 15+ range - small for a an Oldenburg from what I understand.
This mare has a rare injury to her navicular bone (a hairline fracture) - and needs about a year in a small paddock - absolutely NO RIDING until then. This is a fresh injury and she was seen by a leg specialist who gives her a good prognosis as long as she takes it easy for the next year while she finishes growing and it heals.
If you are interested at all please email me...I don't have too much time to check the boards (I'll try to at least once a day though). If you are serious about knowing more I will give you the contact information. This friend doesn't even have a computer (gasp) so I told her I'd network for her.
Thanks,

I wanted to add that yes, this mare has been inspected. A couple people have asked and I thought I'd beter mention it. She's also been shown in hand, but I don't think she's been fully trained under saddle yet (she is a warmblood and it's not abnormal to wait until their 4th year).
