I have no idea what's wrong. He has had diarrhea and tonight was just bla. Poor boy. I'm worried about the guy. He had a bit of soft manure Tuesday, but I didn't think too much about just one. I wasn't able to see him yesterday and today the BO came to let me know he had diarrhea and offered to take him to the vet tomorrow. He's not that off, just bla. What in the world! Will find out tomorrow I guess.

Ok, seriously, you have some sort of gastric activity thing going on and now Oz does too? Maybe you guys did pass something between each other or maybe it is environmental.

Well, vet wants me to haul him in just in case he needs to keep him. Arg!!!! The weather has been crazy here lately. Hot, cool last weekend, then hot again with wind and it's supposed to rain this weekend. If he had become sick three weeks ago I seriously would think there was something we both had. I'm so glad for where I keep Oz. The BO is going to take him for me. --I can't go with him because I have to be at my mom's for a nurse follow up this morning, back again at 1:00 for her transfer from skilled to assisted living, and today is the day I put together a report that takes most of the day at work. DH and I have reservations at a bed and breakfast in the mountains for our anniversary tomorrow and Elvis Costello concert. Ommmmm Ommmmm Ommmmm. Finding my happy place here

This is probably the last thing you need to deal with, your BO sounds great to take him in for you! I hope the move for your Mom goes well and it's just weather related for poor Oz!
PS concert sounds like it's gonna be a blast!

Hey, your jingles are working!!!!
Update
The BO hauled him for a 12:00/12:30 appointment so I was able to drive up to the vets in time to pat Oz and talk to the vet.
His stools are beginning to have more form again, vet found no worm issues, he's hydrated enough so no IV, and to just keep an eye on him. The only thing we can think of is the weather. (oh I was also told to take a little more weight off. He put some back on while I was on vacation and then not riding much while I've been sick. Glad he didn't see him two weeks ago. He was definitely a ponypatamous (borrowing that term from someone on here.)
Whewwww!!!!! I'm so relieved!!!!! I will still be a worry wart until I see nice apples on the ground, but was able to focus on getting my mom settled in this afternoon and all of her furniture re-arranged so her bed was in a warmer place in her studio apt. Back to work now to finish up the day.
What was also very cool is that his parelli training from spring held. He pawed the floor of the trailer to make sure it would hold him, sniffed it, and then stepped on nicely. Good boy! No worried rushes like before. And, he backed off well. It really helps to have an easy horse when someone else is doing the hauling! BO has no issues about taking my pony for me. Haha, perhaps that appendix I had in high school and college was were I paid my naughty horse dues!
