Reign is a lovely 13 year old mare that is now permanently retired from breeding, by the Exceller Fund. She'll be here with Angel and Chrissy...I expect they'll start a Red Hat club soon

Reign has spent the last 7 years in PA at a breeding farm. I hear she's made some really nice babies. She'd raced until she was 6 - lots of starts (something like 85) and she'd made $181,000.00. Clean legs. She is the grand baby of Exceller, which is what piqued the interest of the Exceller Fund. She was not in eminent danger, but she was in need of a forever home because mares like this one slip through the cracks very, very easily (as we saw with poor Angel).
She had a very good owner that loved her very much and I'm thrilled that they were able to make arrangements with EF to retire her forever. I have a soft spot for these mares ~ I want some more
(I think at this very moment she wondered if she'd died and gone to heaven....she has been stalled for 5 months)
With Angel:
Angel is 29 now...and healthy as ever. She is no longer allowed on 24/7 grass for obvious reasons
