I don't get to the book club often for lack of time, but I wanted to let you all know of a new book just published, written by a friend of mine from Vancouver.
The story of a fourteen year old horse besotted girl with some developmental issues who develops a relationship with a mysterious horse woman in her dreams, who materialises in her real life. It is written for young adults, but all of the adults that I know who have read it have so far all enjoyed it greatly.
A horsewoman herself, with eventing, dressage and trail experience, Susan's love of horses and understanding of the human condition shine through.
It is an easy read. and I strongly recommend it.
