Yes Smay, I do that too! I have a Napa soap in my office closet and another one in the very small bathroom, it smells great!
I want to try the White tea and Ginger, the Woodland Rose, I want another Peony or 2, what else...let me think about it...lol
What's in the Cool Breeze? I'm intrigued by the Green Tweed too. I'm telling you, I wish there was a wway we could not only SEE your beautiful spoaps, but SMELL them too!
Are you making anymore Black soaps? My dad is a Drakar Noir guy so I'd love to send him one for father's day...

Oh Ladies, you should use your soap in the shower or at that sink. The scent will fade eventually so you should use it up before that happens. OK, some won't fade for a l-o-n-g time, but it will fade eventually. I should make those scent packets that people get to put in their closets. Anyone ever cut one of those open to see what's inside? niaru, I have a few bars of the black Drakkar. There is a tiny bit of grit to the bars. DH loves that and says it's fine by him. If your father has very thin skin or skin that's easily scratched, I wouldn't recommend that bar. Otherwise, it would be fine. Cool Breeze was a special soap I made for Sarah. It has a blue bottom with white corn meal and a white top. Has mint, eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils in it. The mint can give you a chilly kind of feeling in the shower. I usually don't post pictures of un-cut soap, but here is the slab of Cool Breeze from Sarah's batch.

Heee! I made Peppermint soap for my boy and I, and used EO--a bit too much EO. As I tell people I give it to, it doesn't exactly *hurt* your nether regions, but you sure know EXACTLY where they are!! Sidenote, have you gotten any of the micas from TKB? GAWJUS!!

I make my own in the summer, at my parents' house with fresh lavender flowers that I weave together with ribbon they look like this Either that, or I get those local Maine spruce/cedar mini-pillows Thanks for pointing that out about the black soap Mes, I think my dad's older, thin skin might not like it too bad

I love the leather soap. I have the Napa soap on the sink of the bathroom and it makes the room smell so fresh and pretty.

Allie, I can only stand lavender as fresh (then dry) flower scent. Anything else (essence of, perfume, essential oil, whatever) gives me a headache. Weird. I found a pic that looks more like the ones I do.
