book addicts! lol What an addicting series those books are! I read a book a day and couldn't put them down. As a matter of fact, I didn't even ride that week because they were so good!
Now, let me preface this by saying I generally don't like Vampire books or such but these were funny, sad, drama, and fast paced books about a young telepathic woman in small town Louisiana. Present day. It's her dealings with Vampires, etc and I found it fantastic!
I highly recommend for brain dead fluff reading, especially those of you who are cooped in from the crappy icy weather. There are about 6 books in the series and I know Costco sells them as a set. Enjoy!

Yes, they are and I sooo want to see that series but I don't have HBO so I'll have to wait and buy the dvd's. I went to the web site. The first season looks pretty close to what the entire first book was about but they did change some of the characters for the show vs. the book.

I definitely would love to read the books. I doubt my library has them, so I'll have to check out the book store. Thanks Filly!
ETA: I actually have HBO and my daughter and I love the series. Definitely check out the DVD's when they come out. Probably have the info on release on the HBO website.
