If you use MTG, make sure you wash it off the horse every so often (which, I believe, the directions state!). Cleo did not have it washed off and she then reacted to the MTG and lost her hair where it was applied  . |

I love MTG, except that Nate breaks out in welts if I use it on his body. It's fine on his legs or face. Last year I was applying it to the underside of his jaw. The gnats were eating that area up really badly. Apparently even gnats don't like the smell b/c they stopped bothering him and the MTG made the hair grow back really quickly.
