I saw this on an email newsletter I get... Equisearch. I visited with John Henry this summer at Ky. horse park and he looked GREAT. I hope he rallies through his current difficulties, but he IS 32...

Hope I get to see him again while at Rolex next year. I think it's great that so many people from his past flew there to see him when he was at his worst. He was an awesome race horse.

kaidensmom: Any stories or experience with a horse with strangles that is SOB? Gelding is currently hospitalized. On Penicillin and wasn't getting better so the vet just started horse on IV doses of DMSO. The abcesses are pharyngeal. Mar 13, 2017 22:41:03 GMT -5
