I am just forwarding this in case anyone is looking for a kid/ hubby horse. I am not a good enough rider to ride tb's, but Jack has packed me around.
Hi all, well Megan is going off to college and I am going to sell a horse to help pay for it, I dont want to but I really do not need 3 horses ...I am selling Jack if you all dont know him he is a gentle giant ... he is 14 yrs old , Thouroughbred ( he has no clue he is a thouroughbred though!! lol) anyone can ride this horse , he has no bad vices at all, does everything you ask and more. He has never bucked , reared, acted up or taken off in the 6 yrs I have had him , he is just a all around good broke horse who is very gentle. He is not a dominat gelding he will be the laid back one out in the pasture and he gets along with all horses. I could go on and on about him .... I hate to sell him but like I said I really dont need 3 horses and I need every penny I can get right now to Pay for Megans College...lol... He is not registered. He would make a great horse for anyone who just wants a good trail horse or one to ride around the farm. Of course as we all do , I would like to see him go to a good home and someone that is going to keep him. If you have any other questions about him just let me know , he loads clips bathes does all that good stuff and kids can ride him... I am asking $1400 Thanks everyone Tammy

Sounds like a good kid horse, Lisa. Does she have any photos of it? What is his size, color, markings etc? What are his skills? Does he show? Jump? western/english whatever? They really need to do a bit more "marketing" if they want to sell a horse in this market, don't they? haha

I have a friend in NJ that is looking for a first horse for one of her students. She's an intermediate type ride who needs a confidence builder. They mostly do local stuff and this girl is only jumping about 2 foot maybe 2 foot 3. Aside form that she takes flat lessons and rides trails. So she needs something level headed to take care of her. I can vouch for the trainer (family friend) and they'd travel to find the right horse. Can you get contact info, pics and location for me?

I am waiting for Tammy to get back to me w/ the pics, and stuff. I really dont know what Jack has done, but he is very quiet laid back kinda horse. I think he was on the track once upon a time and raced as cadillac jack, but I dont know if he has done anything but trail ride, and maybe some drill team stuff. Ill pm you her contact info once I get it. I used to board w/ these people, and thats how I know this horse. When I say I dont ride very well, and jack was so good under saddle.
