I'm not looking to spend alot. I am looking to spend around $100 or less. All i need is the saddle. I need a 17.5-18" seat. And it needs to be a regular tree.

Try looking on ebay they will probably have what you are looking for or look at tack stores online in their clearance section sometimes you can find really good deals.Hope that helps you.(Kates tack is cheap but I dont know what kind of quality they have)
